eviacharge.pl is Konrad Kluz's own business — an EV charging installation company based in Warsaw, serving residential and commercial clients across Poland. It is not a client project. It is a live, operating business that geovise uses as a proof-of-concept for GEO in competitive local markets.
We built eviacharge.pl partly to answer a question we get asked constantly: does GEO actually work for a small local business in a competitive niche? The results here are our answer. These are our own numbers, from our own business, with no client to protect or impress.

THE CHALLENGE
We launched with a functional site. AI had no idea we existed.
When we launched eviacharge.pl, the site had solid technical foundations and real service expertise behind it. But when potential customers asked ChatGPT or Perplexity "who installs EV chargers in Warsaw?" — eviacharge.pl simply wasn't there.
BEFORE GEO IMPLEMENTATION
Zero AI Citations
eviacharge.pl did not appear in a single AI-generated answer for any EV charging query in the Warsaw market. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini had no knowledge of the site as a relevant entity.
Weak Entity Signals
The site lacked structured data, consistent entity naming, and the types of authoritative content that AI models use to identify trustworthy sources. It existed to humans but not to machines.
Competitors Moving First
Several competing installers in the region had already begun optimising for AI visibility. Every week without a GEO strategy meant a widening gap in AI answer frequency — a gap that compounds over time.

GEO & Technical Audit
We mapped every query relevant to EV charging in Poland and cross-referenced with AI answer outputs from ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. The audit identified 12 entity gaps, 3 critical structured-data omissions, and the specific queries where competitors were being cited.
Entity & Structured Data Implementation
We implemented Schema.org markup (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage), established consistent entity naming across all content, and added the factual signals AI models require to confidently cite a source: authoritative descriptions, service areas, credentials.
AI-First Content Deployment
Four new content pieces were published addressing the exact questions AI models answer: how to choose an EV charger installer in Warsaw, cost of EV charging installation in Poland, which EV charger for a home garage. Each piece was structured for both Google ranking and AI citation selection.
AI Monitoring & Citation Tracking
We deployed monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google SGE. Citation frequency was tracked across 24 target queries. First measurable AI citation appeared in week 4 — well ahead of the 8-week target.
