geovise ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Konrad Kluz. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use Resend to process form submissions. We do not use cookies. We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool — to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Plausible does not collect personal data or track individual users.
How we use your data
We use contact form data exclusively to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@geovise.ai.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@geovise.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
