Services
geovise provides GEO and SEO consultancy services. The scope, deliverables, and pricing of each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement signed before work commences. These terms of service apply to website use only; service-specific terms are governed by the individual agreement.
No guarantees
Search engine and AI model behaviour is determined by third parties (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, etc.) and is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citation frequency, or traffic outcomes. We guarantee to apply best-practice methodology and deliver transparent reporting.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, geovise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
